Bull Riding is not just a show, it`s a sport - a tough sport! Bull Riders are Cowboys - but they are also athletes! The sport
of Bull Riding is very demanding and Cowboys have to be mentally and physically fit. Bull Riders work out and exercise
just like other athletes do! And just like a Football- or Baseball Player a Cowboy spends a lot of time practicing his skills.

Bull Riding is not just a show, it`s a sport - a tough sport! Bull Riders are Cowboys - but they are also athletes! The sport of
Bull Riding is very demanding and Cowboys have to be mentally and physically fit. Bull Riders work out and exercise just
like other athletes do! And just like a Football- or Baseball player a cowboy spends a lot of time practicing his skills.
Bull Riders train either on a "Bucking Barrel" or on practise bulls. A barrel - just like a "mechanical bull" can not simulate a
real bull, it is merely used for technique practise. Many people outside of the trade compare Bull Riding to riding on a
"bucking machine" or "mechanical bull" however the two are hardly comparable. Mechanical bulls do not even come close
to the power and movement of a real bull. Football superstar Chad Ochocinco was challanged by the PBR to ride one of
their bulls in 2011 and stayed on for roughly 1.5 seconds. Here is what he had to say after his ride: "Too much power
coming at me...I am thinking about a mechanical bull and when the gate opens...I don`t even have a word to describe the
power coming out of that gate! To all of you who do this for a living...You all should be the highest paid athletes!!!
